Returns and exchanges are free incase of manufacturing defects or usage.
Incase the customer wants to return the order or part of it for personal reasons, the product(s) must be in its original packing, unopened, and unused, with the original receipt, within 7 days of purchase date.
Incase the customer wants to exchange the order or part of it for personal reasons, the product(s) must be in its original packing, unopened, and unused, with the original receipt, within 17 days of purchase date.
For online orders:

A SAR 50 shipping fee will deducted from the order’s total amount. It takes 3-5 work days to receive the refund.
